Boutique Hotel in the Riviera Maya

We developed a boutique hotel in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. The strategy was to identify the land in a strategic location for the desired project. With the help and support of our architects and engineers we generated all construction plans and master project to later start and complete the construction of an 11-room hotel in the Ruta de los Cenotes.

The hotel was built in an efficient and sustainable way, with renewable energy, sewer treatment systems and water collection.

All amenities were built and designed with the idea of interact with nature and have a sense of being a hotel in the middle of the jungle.
